At Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital we recognise the value of interaction with family and loved ones on the healing process. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, visiting hours are subject to change. Please refer to our latest visiting hours.

Notices and times

Busamed Visiting Hours Policy:

Visiting will be allowed as follows but may be subject to review depending on COVID-19 prevalence:

A maximum 2 visitors per patient per visit
No children below the age of 16 in the ICU and High Care units

General visiting times:

11:00 to 12:00
15:00 to 16:00
19:00 to 20:00

Maternity / NICU / ICU / High Care:

15:00 to 16:00
19:00 to 20:00
Grandparents and baby’s siblings only between 11:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 16:30
No children under twelve except baby’s siblings
Viewing of babies will be done during visiting hours.

For all children seen in the EC one (1) parent will be accommodated

Any visitor who fails to adhere to the Busamed guidelines, is abusive or aggressive to staff will be required to leave and will not be allowed to visit again

Busamed reserves the right to change the Visiting Policy at any time
