3. Very friendly accommodating and helpful. The spirit experienced from fellow patients whose experience was good with care also noticed. Reassuring staff available to answer questions

9. I want to express my sincere gratitude. I am highly impressed at the treatment I have received starting from the entrance at reception , the surgical ward and ICU staff. All the nurses were extremely caring. All the doctors were lovely and very warm. I’m totally running out of words.

10. Friendly and helpful team that is always willing and able to assist . Compliments to the two day staff sisters that were on duty during my daughters stay. They were always there and able to make her as comfortable and less focused on the fact that she was in a hospital. A very big thank you for the great care and explaining things/ speaking to her in a way she could understand and be comfortable.

1. You’ve got the best selection of nursing staff especially “Nentle” from your night team, she is passionate and loving her line of duty. Keep up the good work, our nation needs people like you. Scheme Saam you are the best

2. It must be mentioned that being my first visit at a consulting rooms with the doctor I never met before, it was amazing. The way things were explained to me you could see she was very good. Reception staff and nursing staff were very nice and accommodating. The hospital is also very clean and hygienic

3. Hospital is no home for anyone but is a place where we expect to find help. Until now what I can say is “Big up” Busamed, until now I can say you’re still number one over all the hospitals I have attended. If Busamed is heaven let me be god I thank you.

4. I stayed here for a month or so but it feels like 2 days. The nurses have humanity and they are so lovely towards people. Keep up the good work Busamed nurses

5. First time coming to Busamed and I have been very impressed with service and doctors. Nurses are all pleasant and very helpful. Very polite and greeted with every smiles in the morning and evening.
