Outstanding Service

I am writing this email to thank Busamed Modderfontein for the outstanding Service received over the Weekend

I arrived at Busamed Hospital around 11:30/12pm on Saturday evening, my son was not well
From the time we walked to being admitted, in we were attended to, assisted, and kept well informed during our Stay.

I can honestly say that every person that we came in contact with, greeted us, asked how we are. Nothing was a problem for any staff member.
Overall staff are friendly and efficient.

Being admitted to Hospital with your son who is not well is extremely stressful, however the Doctors kept us well informed, and made me feel at ease.

I have personally had two awful hospital experiences, and can honestly say I was blown away with the overall fantastic service.

Thank you To Everyone for making our Stay Bearable during a stressful time, and for Caring for my Son.

I will be sure to pass on the fantastic service received from Busamed!
