I came to Busamed emergency on Monday 10 May 2021. The experience I had was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. The medical staff (nurse on duty and doctor) were very informative and guided me through everything. I had to go for X-rays and that was also a pleasant experience, the gentlemen that did my X-rays was so friendly and helpful.
I had to come back on Friday 14 May for my dad. My dad had a seizure in the observation room and the staff were amazing helping him and comforting me and my family. My dad landed up in ICU and we had such good service.
I would like to thank you and the staff for such an amazing job they are doing.
