There are three main payment methods:

Major Debit/Credit cards

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Cash

Please Note: If using EFT, proof of payment is required three days prior to admission, unless in the case of an emergency.

Private Patients

A pre-payment is required on hospitalisation from patients not covered by medical aid. It is suggested that private patients contact the Reception Supervisor or Administration Manager prior to admission to establish the estimated hospital cost.

Medical Aid Patients

Please consult with your medical aid prior to admission to obtain authorisation. Any short payments by your medical aid will be for your own account. Medical aid card and SA Identification Document must be produced on admission. Failure to produce this will result in the account being made private.

Private/ Semi-Private rooms

Medical aid patients requesting private rooms will be expected to pay the private room rate on admission. Please note private rooms are subject to availability (including Executive Suite)
