My Health Has Improved Considerably

Keep up the good work to everyone in the Surgical Ward
I was at the emergency centre on 9/09/2023 round about 18h35 . The staff was extremely helpful . The Doctor's communication with me was 200% . He explained everything to me in detail and the reason for admission and even what to expect.

Our reception at the EC was phenomenal
On Saturday 12/06/2021 our family was involved in a very traumatic attempted hijacking. The three of us were exceptionally traumatized and even though I realized we are physically okay after the ordeal, I wanted to make sure all of us are okay and I brought us to the Paardevlei EC. I just needed to be reassured as my husband is a known high risk and has cardiac co-morbidities and my 14 year old daughter could not stop shaking and crying. Our reception at the EC was phenomenal. I need to highlight the following people:

The service I received from the time I walked into the hospital was excellent
On the 7th of April I was admitted to Busamed surgical ward for surgery on my elbow under Dr Dachs. The service I received from the time I walked into the hospital was excellent. The reception staff were kind and helpful and could answer all the questions my fiancé and I had. The theatre staff were excellent and kept me calm before theatre and when I woke up explained everything to me.

Your staff give five-star smiles
I took my daughter at the ER and she was admitted with Dr Visser. Oh my word, I wish the world could have more doctors like him, and with my luck a couple of days later I had to go to the ER and again Dr Visser was there to the rescue for me this time, and not my daughter. He is such an amazing doctor and I left there two hours later feeling so much better.

Amazing Communication From an Attending Doctor
I have to give our new Private Hospital, Busamed Paardevlei, a massive heads up. On Sunday my dad was taken to the ER, the attending doctor thoroughly examined him and he was immediately admitted to ICU. After the Physician examined him again, he contacted me and gave me his feedback.

Their ER is Supportive and Open
I would like to share my recent experience at Bushamed Hospital. Wow what a great hospital. The staff, the doctors, the nurses are so warm and friendly. Everyone greets you as you walk in the door. The service is really really out of this world and so welcoming to this area. They really have great doctors there and a lot of them are contracted in with medical aids.
