Gauteng MEC for Health, Dr Gwen Ramokgopa, honoured health professionals who have gone beyond the call of duty at the Khanyisa Service Excellence Awards held in Boksburg on the 05 April 2019.
The award categories included: most efficient health care facility; quality improvement and innovation projects; institution individual recognition awards; best performing mental health review board and others.
Our very own Dr Cynthia Sathekga who works at Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital as well as Chis Hani Baragwanath Hospital, was awarded the prestigious "Best Performing Doctor".
