For years, Aleesio Naidoo carried a silent burden.
Behind every smile was a daily struggle with severe abdominal and pelvic pain caused by a condition that made even the most basic bodily function difficult. Living with a urethral stricture meant he was unable to empty his bladder properly, and the constant discomfort affected every aspect of his life.
"It was a difficult journey," Aleesio said. "Throughout that time, I prayed for a miracle."
