Dr Dimitriou, Dimitri is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon in South Africa practising from his private practice at Busamed Lowveld and Mediclinic Nelspruit hospitals in Nelspruit. Working in this specialised field since 2016, Dr Dimitriou, Dimitri has developed a reputation for delivering world-class care with a personal touch.
Growing up in Port Elizabeth, Dr Dimitriou, Dimitri attended Grey High School before obtaining his MBChB degree from the University of Cape Town in 2006. He did his internship and community service at Tembisa Hospital, followed by his orthopaedic surgery specialisation at Wits University in 2015. Dr Dimitriou, Dimitri completed a fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital in 2016.
