Dr. F IQBAL is a dedicated psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience in mental health care, gained across diverse clinical setting. She holds a Postgraduate Degree from the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Mental Health (2016), and was awarded a Fellowship in Psychiatry by the College of Psychiatrists of South Africa in 2022. In addition, she completed her Master of Medicine in Psychiatry (MMed Psych) at the University of the Free State.
Her professional interests reflect a deep commitment to comprehensive, person-centred care. She works extensively in both adult and child psychiatry, with a special focus on addiction medicine and the unique challenges of geriatric psychiatry. Known for her empathetic approach and ability to connect with patients and families, Dr. Iqbal combines clinical expertise with a passion for improving mental health outcomes across all stages of life.
