Dr Sayed qualified in 1999 (MBBCH Wits) and specialised in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2007 (FCOG(SA) and MMed O&G (Wits).
He has been a private practice specialist for over 18 years, while stopping Obstetrics from 2016 to focus solely on gynaecology.
He obtained a Bachelor in Endoscopy in 2015 (ESGE, Budapest) and a Certificate in Minimally Invasive Gynae Surgery (with distinction) in 2016 (ESGE, Barcelona).
He's an accredited Da Vinci Robotic gynae surgeon since October 2025.
He's passionate about minimally invasive surgery and specializes in laparoscopic/robotic surgery for fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain and hysterectomies.
