I would like to compliment the Day Ward for the caring, good and professional way they treat their patients. I have been here twice this month and experienced it both times, with exceptional care received from the following staff working under Sister Broodryk: Teddy, Nolwazi, Refilwe.

Isabel at reception makes sure there is no stress at all when entering the hospital. All documentation is in place. Although very busy she was friendly and also very professional.

Sister Mamba in theatre was the “cherry on the cake”, by receiving you with her warm hearted personality and making sure you are calm and comfortable.

You can be pleased having these staff in your service as they are a real asset to this hospital.

I also got the same feedback from friends having had bigger operations the past two months (knee replacements).
