I recently completed my third stay at the Hillcrest hospital and must, again, compliment the staff generally, for their unique service.

In particular, I found the nursing staff as efficient and friendly as they always are. I almost look forward to getting sick again. Please make sure that they are aware of this e-mail and my admiration of their dedication and service in a somewhat, depressing environment. I hope that this compliment helps, in a small way, to make them realize how, the essential services that they provide are appreciated.
