I would please like to compliment you on Michael at receptions help and friendliness. My Mother Ms Jordaan got admitted at 12 am. When I got back at 3pm and inquired, he went out of his way phoning all people involved and getting answers. The same happened when got back at 18:30pm. Phoned and got the info needed. Friendly and helpful even though he had to wait for people to take his place from 5pm.
He is professional in his dealings with patients and their families which is much appreciated. Please keep up the good work.
