Good day

I was at the emergency centre on 9/09/2023 round about 18h35 . The staff was extremely helpful . The Doctor's communication with me was 200% . He explained everything to me in detail and the reason for admission and even what to expect.

From there I was admitted to the surgical ward the same evening. It was totally different experience then my previous experience. Both the night and day staff were excellent. A special thanks to Sr Sue she was very professional she and the Nurse that was working with her. The Dayshift Sr that worked on Sunday thanks for going the extra mile she explained nicely why the Dr can't see me good communication from both her and the Doctor's side.

On Monday 11/09/2023 a new shift started I do not know their Surnames, but their friendliness was all I needed to forget my pain. Everyone was so helpful .

Keep up the good work to everyone in the Surgical Ward ( cleaners, nurse , carers, and the hospital catering services team) You guys' Rock!
