A month in hospital is not normally an exhilarating experience. But my wife's stay in Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital this past month came pretty close, and it was fascinating for someone in the people management business. Everyone was engaged and welcoming. From the receptionists and coffee shop staff, cleaners and top surgeons, we received smiles and warm greetings. And nursing staff went beyond duty in their kindness and caring. Makes us (almost) want to go back.
