It was such a pleasure meeting you during our stay in ICU at Busamed Hillcrest Hospital.

I just wanted to reach out and compliment you on your staff in the ICU unit. The night shift staff were absolutely amazing, all of them were kind, considerate and genuinely concerned for Benjamin (my 12 year old son). The one Sister who stood out for us was Sister Ruwaida Paruk. Benjamin was so excited when the night shift staff came in and he knew she was going to be assigned to him, She was an absolute angel, her genuine empathy and concern but along with a sense of fun, made Benjamin feel so much more at ease and what could have been a really difficult experience for him, was slightly more pleasant because of her attitude and gorgeous mannerisms.

Besides the Sisters on duty in the ICU ward, I must also compliment you on your catering staff. I had warned Benjamin how awful hospital food was, and I had to eat my words (excuse the pun) because the food was absolutely divine and Ben felt like he was in a hotel. The catering staff were also lovely and ensured I was always offered tea and coffee during our 3 night stay in ICU.

I must close in saying that I am have no doubt your staff are as professional and organised and happy as they are because they are managed by someone as charming and professional as yourself.

Based on our experience staying at Busamed Hillcrest Hospital in your ICU ward, I have nothing but good things to say.
