On the 7th of April I was admitted to Busamed surgical ward for surgery on my elbow under Dr Dachs.

The service I received from the time I walked into the hospital was excellent. The reception staff were kind and helpful and could answer all the questions my fiancé and I had.

The theatre staff were excellent and kept me calm before theatre and when I woke up explained everything to me.

As I said I was in surgical ward and the staff were amazing they called my Fiancé to let her know I was out of theatre and alright , unfortunately after the anaesthetic I felt awful but the staff kept checking up on me and doing all they could to keep me comfortable with regards to medications and helping me to the bathroom when I needed it.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Dachs and everyone else who cared for me in my stay, unfortunately I cannot remember specific name of the staff but they were all brilliant.

Thank you so much to the staff and Busamed Hospital for everything, if ever my family or I need a Hospital you will be the Hospital we come to.
