I would just like to send a note of thanks for the excellent service I received during my stay at the hospital from 08.09.2018 to 10.09.2018 in the surgical ward.I have not, in many years, seen such excellent, professional, dedicated service at a hospital. Your staff are born nurses and sisters. Nobody can train you to be a good nurse. That is something that is born in you, your dedication, patience, attention to detail and empathy must come from within. That is what I found in each and every nurse and sister that attended to the patience in our ward (SURGICAL WARD).

Everything they do with you are explained in detail to you. Even the medication they give are explained what it is, why you are given that and how it should make you feel. At night time the place is so silent and peaceful which gives you a chance to enjoy a good night’s rest. No noise to wake you up except for the standard times when they do the monitoring of the patients and they tell you what time they will do that. If we could have this kind of service in the Government hospitals or even in some of the other private hospitals our country would a much better place. Y

our staff do not just work for money, they do their job because they love it and they love coming to work. Says a lot for the management.

I would particularly like to mention the following:

Day Shift : Sr Bongi, Phathu, Casilida, Ndivhu
Night Shift: Sr Richard, Ntombi Mavundla, Patricia Basholo

Then on Monday morning before I left the new day staff came in to greet us together with the ward manager. What a bunch of lovely friendly nurses and sisters. I cannot in words explain what it meant to me to be a patient in your hospital. I was actually sad to leave because all the staff felt like my own children.I would with an open heart recommend your hospital to anybody.

Thank you Busamed staff and management for making me feel part of your family. Please endeavour to look after your staff you have. They are truly ANGELS SENT FROM GOD. I would also like to mention the excellent company you have that cater for you (Monate). Excellent food, well presented and yummie and their staff is also very professional. Keep up the good work
