Hi Dr Asherson and Janlyn,

As I am very proud of Mike’s latest swimming achievements – due in no small way to you, Dr Asherson and the Tavi – I thought I would tell you about his results at the National Masters Swimming Champs in Gauteng last week.

He swam 5 individual races and got 4 golds and a silver. He also swam in 2 relay races and the team got a bronze for each relay. So, thank you for all your expertise and care.
