I was a patient in your hospital in Hillcrest from the 6th of march till the 9th of March 2023. Was admitted to medical ward 1. What a wonderful experience. Your staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Introduced themselves, explained each medication administered and procedures done.

Your ward manager came each morning to greet and inquire to any problems or complaints. The call button was answered promptly and noise at night was minimal. The ward was clean, and bathroom was kept stocked and immaculate by your very friendly cleaning staff.

Meals were tasty and well presented. The catering staff followed with the same high standard that I found all round. Thank you for the obvious well-trained staff you have employed.
