I spent two mornings in your hospital for eye surgery. I am writing this letter to show my appreciation for the wonderful treatment and service. It is really wonderful to find such great service amid the chaos that we often encounter.

It was not only the service that was way above average, but the friendliness of the staff with patients and among themselves that impressed me. There is a beautiful energy in the hospital which needs to be preserved as a shining example of excellence.
