Dr Salemane was born and raised in the Northern parts of the Free State, Kroonstad (Maokeng). He attended the Roman Catholic School in 1982, then Reaitumela Combined for his intermediate schooling and later completed his matric at Dr Regionald Cingo.
After completing his Matric in 1992, he then enrolled at University of Cape Town for BSc in Biochemistry, after which he was employed as a junior lecture at then Mphohadi Teachers College for a year.
In 2008 he registered with the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine at University of Natal for his MBcHB. He then began his internship, followed by his community service at Bongani Hospital in Welkom. He later was employed as Medical Officer at Mofumahadi Manapo Mopeli, for several years. He later decided to enroll with the University of the Free State to specialize in Internal Medicine.
When he is not on duty he enjoys watching movies. Dr N Salemane, Practices at Busamed Harrismith Private Hospital as a Resident Physician Specialist.
